Website Terms & Privacy

This page explains how to use the My Last Straw Fastpass website and how information from this website is handled. It covers this landing page; enrolment, payment and lesson services may have additional notices or terms when you use them.

1. Using this website

The website describes our GP Fastpass programme and provides links to sign up or request free notes. Browsing the website does not reserve a place or complete a purchase. Check the programme, price, schedule and applicable purchase terms during enrolment before paying.

Teaching materials and website content are provided for their intended educational or informational use. Please ask us before reproducing, distributing or selling our materials. Do not interfere with the website or misuse its links and services.

2. Results, offers and refunds

Testimonials describe individual experiences. A student’s result depends on their starting point, participation and practice; a particular grade is not guaranteed.

Our advertised first-class refund guarantee applies if you do not like the programme after the first class. Contact us at gpmylaststraw@gmail.com to request help with a refund. This page does not add a refund deadline or limit any rights you have under applicable law.

3. Information handled when you visit

Your browser sends technical information, such as your IP address, browser details and the page requested, to the services that deliver this website. Hosting providers may process this information to deliver and protect the site. The website also loads fonts from Google, which means your browser contacts Google’s font servers.

This landing page does not contain an enrolment or payment form. Its signup and free-notes links open our Telegram bot. Information you choose to provide there is handled through that service, rather than entered on this page. Please read any notices presented during enrolment. Telegram and any payment provider also have their own privacy terms.

4. Website analytics and cookies

We use Microsoft Clarity by default to understand how visitors use this website and improve its content and layout. Clarity creates heatmaps and session replays from interactions such as clicks, scrolling and page navigation. It can also receive device and browser information, page URLs, referral information and online identifiers. A replay reconstructs interactions with this website; it is not a camera recording.

Clarity is optional. Analytics starts when you visit unless you have previously selected “Reject analytics” in Privacy settings. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from browsing, signing up or requesting notes. Use “Privacy settings” in the footer to change your choice. If you withdraw consent, the page reloads to stop the recorder and we remove accessible first-party Clarity cookies. Withdrawal stops future collection; it does not automatically erase data already received by Microsoft.

We store your analytics choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Clarity may use cookies including _clck and _clsk after acceptance. We start with analytics and advertising storage denied. Accepting analytics enables analytics storage; advertising storage remains denied. We do not send names, email addresses or enrolment details through Clarity’s custom identification API.

Microsoft processes Clarity data under its own terms and privacy statement, which describe its uses, international processing and privacy rights. These include providing and improving Microsoft services and research and development. Read the Microsoft Privacy Statement, Clarity Terms of Use and Clarity retention information. Contact us with questions about data collected through this site.

This Fastpass website is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please do not use this adult-focused website.

Third-party services you open from our links may use their own cookies. Their settings and privacy notices apply once you visit them.

5. Privacy requests and retention

If you email us, we use the information you provide to respond and handle your request. Please send only information needed for that request; do not email payment-card details or passwords. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to address the matter and meet applicable record-keeping requirements.

You can contact us about access to or correction of personal data we hold, withdrawal of consent, or a privacy concern. We may need information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. Withdrawing consent may affect services that require that information.

Providers used to deliver this website and linked services may process information outside Singapore. Contact us if you need more information about how your information is handled.

6. Updates and external links

We may update this page as the website or its services change. The date above shows the latest revision. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
